Every Hoot Camp class runs at one level, so you train alongside people moving the way you move. Here’s how to find your fit — and if you’re not sure, we’ll help you choose.
You can get up and down from the floor without assistance, your balance feels solid, and you have the endurance to sustain activity through a full workout. If that sounds like you, Track 1 is your starting point.
Book Track 1 →Getting up and down from the floor is doable but takes effort. Your balance and endurance are there, but not what they used to be. Track 2 meets you where you are and helps you build from there.
Book Track 2 →Getting up and down from the floor requires assistance, balance is a significant challenge, and endurance is limited. You may be living with a chronic condition such as Parkinson’s or a stroke, or require a caregiver. Track 3 is a safe, supportive environment — and we’re glad you’re here.
Book Track 3 →Looking for Rock Steady Boxing? There’s no free trial class for Rock Steady — because it’s built for people with Parkinson’s, we ask for a physician’s clearance before the first class. You’re welcome to come watch anytime.
See our Rock Steady Boxing page for details and to schedule a screening →That’s completely normal. Call or text us at (619) 648-2345, or book a free fitness screening and a Coach will find your best fit.
